Living Proud has provided support to LGBTIQA+SB (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Intersex, Queer, Asexual, Sistergirl, Brotherboy and other sexuality, gender, and bodily diverse) people and communities in WA for over 40 years. We are the longest running organisation of our kind in the Southern Hemisphere.

As a community-based organisation Living Proud relies on its membership base! Our membership gives us our community mandate. It is also an important source of income for us.
Our services rely on volunteers. We are keen to hear from people up for the challenges and benefits that volunteering can bring.
We rely on the generosity of our supporters to make a difference. We work towards equal health and wellbeing of LGBTIQA+SB people in WA. We do this in various ways:
Living Proud acknowledges the Traditional Owners of country throughout Australia, their diversity, histories and knowledge and their continuing connections to land and community. We pay our respects to all Australian Indigenous Peoples and their cultures, and to Elders of past and present.
